It’s a Christmas present to myself but my family will enjoy this over Christmas!

The No Dig Cookbook, a collaboration between Catherine Balaam and Charles Dowding, is worth owning. I purchased two copies, to include one for my sister. We both live in Victoria, Australia. The Table of Contents revealed a cookbook with a difference. I was most interested in Pestos, dips and sauces and Ferments and vinegars. We first tried 'Rocket, carrot and spiced chickpea salad' which was simple to prepare and super tasty. Charles's advice about the growing of the ingredients was a added feature.

So excited for my #nodig cookbook and all my @charles_dowding goodies! Learning so much from the no dig community and excited to put this year’s gardens into practice! Plus know how to preserve, store and EAT!

Here’s to the next 30 years! :)
